| Mowing & trimming | This is usually done on a weekly basis and includes mowing, trimming, and removing grass from paved surfaces. |
| Edging | The process of removing sod that has grown over paved surfaces; a narrow gap is left between the paved surfaces and the lawn. |
| Spring / fall clean up | The process of removing leaves and other debris that has accumulated on the property. |
Power raking (dethatching) | The process of removing excessive dead grass, also called thatch, from the lawn. |
| Curb debris pickup | The process of removing piles of debris (leaves or grass) that the customer has piled up within 5 ft of the curb or on the driveway. The debris will be sucked up with a large vacuum, so it doesn't need to be in bags or garbage cans. |
Tilling | The process of cultivating small areas such as gardens or flower beds. |
Snow removal | The process moving snow from paved surfaces to unpaved surfaces. |
| Aeration | The process of creating small holes in the lawn to increase water, nutrient, and air movement into the soil and to decrease compaction. |
