Our new referral program gives current weekly mowing customers the potential to save significantly on their bills.  If you are a weekly mowing customer and you refer a new weekly mowing customer to us, you will be given a discount based upon the new customer's weekly mowing price.

We will discount a certain percentage of the new customer's weekly mowing rate from your weekly mowing rate for 20 weeks, on the condition that the new weekly mowing customer stays with us for just as long.  If the new weekly mowing customer cancels service or stops paying before the end of the 20 week period, you will lose the remainder of your discount.  The discount rate for a neighbor is 10%, and the discount rate for anybody else in Bismarck or Mandan is 4%.

By neighbor, we mean someone close enough to your house and not separated by something impassable, like a fence or hedge, so that we can get to it without loading all of our equipment back onto our trailer and driving there.  This saves us a lot of time, so we can give you a larger discount.

It must be clear exactly who referred the new customer.  When the new customer contacts us to request a weekly mowing estimate, be sure that they tell us the name that appears on your bill.  We have many customers with the same first names and some with the same last names, so the new customer should be exact.  Simply saying that their neighbor referred them may not work and should be avoided, since we have customers all over the Bismarck-Mandan area.

Below is an example of the program.  This hypothetical customer referred 3 people to us, 1 neighbor and 2 others.  He receives a 10% discount of his neighbor's weekly mowing price, or $4.  He also receives a 4% discount of the other referrals' weekly mowing prices, or $1.40 and $2.40.  These discounts add up to a $7.80 savings each time we mow his lawn, which doesn't seem like much, but he could save $156 over the course of the 20 week period.

If the top left referral quits at, say, the 10th week of the period, he will lose that portion of his discount, but the rest will remain.  So his discount would be $7.80 per mowing for the first 10 weeks of the period, and $6.40 for the last 10 weeks, totaling $142 instead of $156.
